What is i-KADEN?

It is on-line system for readings and their processing from devices compatible with Wireless M-Bus transfer protocol. Readings are stored on data server. Access and processing of data is mediated to users by i-KADEN web portal.

Which hardware means are used?

These are, first of all, registration and measuring devices installed on measuring places. For example, water meters, heating cost allocators on radiators and other compatible devices. Data sent from devices are received by data repeaters and are passed to gateway which sends data through network router into internet network on remote data server. In house with devices it is necessary to install several repeaters – according to communication area – and internet gateway. Gateway is connected to internet via router.

Which software means are used?

Access to system is via common web browser in user’s PC. Display and processing of measured data incl. allocation are ensured by users-friendly web application. Accesses to application can be assigned to house caretaker as well as to optional individual users of residential units. Each user has access only to ‘his/her’ objects.
